Dr. Phil introduces the segment with Robin’s new book, What’s Age Got to Do with It?, to teach women how to take care of themselves from the inside out. Robin explains that she has taken two audience members to see skin care specialist Janet Harris to experience some of the most cutting-edge anti-aging treatments because they are all much safer and less expensive than cosmetic surgery.
During the segment, Janet performs triniti™, VelaShape™ , and Matrix RF™ on her patients and briefly explains each treatment. During the VelaShape portion, she measures her patient right after her first treatment and reveals she has lost 1 inch around her waist.
James is introduced when Harris is getting ready to move on to eMatrix. The treatment is labeled Matrix RF and she explains that it will feel like a little heat. There is some visible redness on the patient's face after the treatment.
